Notch Aquarium collects no data. Nothing leaves your Mac.
What the app reads
To draw a fish for each app, Notch Aquarium reads, on your Mac only:
- the names and icons of the apps you have open;
- how much memory and CPU each app uses;
- your Mac's overall memory pressure.
These readings stay in memory while the app runs. They are not saved to disk, and they are never sent anywhere.
What the app stores
Only your settings (theme, strip width, 3D fish on or off) and a few counters for first-run hints, in the app's own preferences on your Mac.
What the app does not do
- No network access: it does not connect to the internet.
- No accounts, no sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or crash reporting.
- No sharing with third parties.
Children
The app collects no information from anyone, including children.
